Final result as determined by the central electoral committee (centraal stembureau) of NL-GR in its public session in Groningen, opened 23 Mar 2023 14:00 CET. Votes per list and seats are the committee's own figures; 43 seats, allocated by largest averages among all lists (re-computed by us, matches). Valid votes 287,760; blank 792; invalid 597; ballots 289,149; registered voters 462,817 (as stated in the proces-verbaal); turnout 62.48% (valid+blank+invalid / registered).
