Provisional results: each Returning Officer announces a provisional consolidated statement (Form-47, excluding postal ballots) once all Presiding Officers' counts (Form-45) are in (Elections Act 2017 s.92); s.13(3) asks for partial results by 02:00 PKT the day after polling and complete provisional results not later than 10:00 PKT.
