On Mon 31 Aug 2026 CNE executive secretary Idriça Djaló said the CNE 'prevê a divulgação dos resultados provisórios ... na terça feira (01)' (ANG, 31 Aug 2026). The window is that announced day (local time = UTC). For elections, electoral law art. 94 allows up to 10 days ('Entre 7 a 10 dias a contar da data do encerramento da votação'); the Referendum Law text was not found, so its own deadline is unknown. Happened: the CNE president announced the general count at a ceremony on Tue 1 Sep 2026: Yes 383,116 (70%), No 160,954 (30%), 572,712 voters of 914,428 registered (Jornal Nô Pintcha, 1 Sep 2026; ANG, 1-2 Sep 2026, which prints slightly different totals).
