Final count

Turnout 74.1%: 9,351,539 ballots from 12,623,289 registered voters.

National figures ('по Республике Казахстан') from the CEC's results notice annexed to resolution No. 48/84 of 25 Aug 2026 (https://www.election.gov.kz/rus/news/acts/index.php?ID=10584), which establishes the result and distributes the 145 mandates: 110 + 10 + 9 + 8 + 8 = 145 (one nationwide proportional constituency, one vote measure). Party names as the national block writes them, except that the annex prints '«Партия «Ауыл»' and the resolution 'Партия «Ауыл»'; the resolution's form is used. 'Против всех' (against all): 230,446 (2.51%), not a row. totalVotes 9,173,933 = the seven parties plus 'against all', summed by us; it is the base of the CEC's percentages (e.g. Әділет 71.17%). ballots = participants in the vote, 9,351,539 (74.08% of the 12,623,289 on the lists, electorate); the difference of 177,606 is presumably invalid ballots, not stated in the notice. The notice also gives 20 regional blocks, whose sums equal the national lines (checked by us).
