The Corte Electoral publishes the provisional sum of the polling stations' counts (escrutinio primario) from the close. The end, noon Monday local, is an ESTIMATE. Provisional.

    Departmental count by the Juntas Electorales, under the same Ley 7.812 rules as the first round: start within the first three days after the vote (art. 125, by Wed 28 Nov 2029), finish 'antes del octavo día siguiente al de su iniciación' (art. 141), i.e. by the end of 5 Dec 2029 local (06 Dec 02:59 UTC) from the latest start; the Juntas total the valid votes and send the acta to the Corte (art. 142). It includes the observed votes. The opening (noon Monday) is an ESTIMATED floor. 2024 precedent: the Corte's calendar set the start for 26 Nov 2024 (day 2), and the Corte finished the final count of the 24 Nov 2024 runoff on Thursday 28 Nov (Montevideo Portal, 3 Dec 2024).

No statutory deadline for the proclamation was found. The window opens on day 3 (ESTIMATED floor) and closes at the end of Friday 14 Dec 2029 local (day 19), well past precedent and after the statutory outer limit of the departmental count; the President takes office on 1 Mar 2030 (art. 158).
