Observed: Décision n° 3 'مؤرّخ في 15 جانفي 2023 يتعلّق بالتصريح بالنتائج النهائية للدورة الأولى لانتخابات أعضاء مجلس نواب الشعب لسنة 2022', adopted after the Administrative Court's appeal rulings (it cites plenary decisions of 12 Jan 2023) and 'بعد مداولة مجلس الهيئة ... بتاريخ 15 جانفي 2023'; signed 'تونس في 15 جانفي 2023'.
