Final result as determined by the central electoral committee (centraal stembureau) of NL-OV in its public session in Zwolle, opened 23 Mar 2023 17:00 CET. Votes per list and seats are the committee's own figures; 47 seats, allocated by largest averages among all lists (re-computed by us, matches). Valid votes 591,124; blank 1,649; invalid 1,419; ballots 594,192; registered voters 913,363 (as stated in the proces-verbaal); turnout 65.06% (valid+blank+invalid / registered). Figures from the central committee's EML files in the Kiesraad dataset; the timestamp in the proces-verbaal footer matches the EML result file, so the report was printed from these figures.
