    Estimate from the CEC Calendar Plan (res. 26/41): precinct counts start at 20:00 local (UTC+5) and may not exceed 12 hours (Constitutional Law on Elections, sub-para 8 art. 18, art. 43), so all precinct protocols exist by ~08:00 on 24 Aug; the law sets no deadline for a national preliminary count, hence end of 24 Aug local. The CEC press notice (release ID=10572) said it would announce preliminary results on 24 Aug 2026 at 10:30 Astana time.
