Polls close at 14:00 on the second day (§ 2(2) Act 88/2024 Sb.). In January Czechia is on CET (UTC+1), so that is 13:00 UTC on Sat 15 Jan 2028. The ČSÚ publishes precinct results live on volby.gov.cz (§ 12(1)(j)). 2023: ČT's Události of Sat 14 Jan 2023, the second polling day of round one, reported which two candidates had advanced. The window closes at the end of Sunday 16 Jan, CET. This is the ČSÚ count, not the SVK's declaration.
