TRICEL's Acta de declaración Rol N°2.166-2025 of 1 Dec 2025 found that the results 'no arrojaron la mayoría absoluta que previene el artículo 26' and ordered a second round between the two candidates with the highest relative majorities, Jeannette Jara Román and José Antonio Kast Rist, held 'el cuarto domingo después de efectuada la primera'.
