Polling day DERIVED, not decreed: Sun 23 May 2027 is the fourth Sunday of May (LOREG art. 42.3), four years after 28 May 2023; the call decree would be issued on the 55th day before (Mon 29 Mar 2027) and published the next day. LOREG art. 84.1: voting 'a las nueve horas ... hasta las veinte horas'; 20:00 CEST = 18:00 UTC. The provisional count is compiled from copies of each polling station's tally (art. 98.2, for provisional information only). Held with the municipal elections; the Statute fixes the Region's elections to the fourth Sunday of May every four years (art. 24.3), and early dissolution is barred in the final year (art. 27.4), so no snap election is possible after May 2026. 2023 precedent: the Regional Government's portal published the Assembly results and elected members from 28 May 2023 (elecciones2023.carm.es/resultados-2023). The window's end (06:00 CEST Monday) is an ESTIMATE: the 2023 time of 100% counted was not verified. Provisional only; votes of electors resident abroad (CERA) are counted at the general scrutiny (art. 75).

Proclamation of the 45 elected deputies by the Junta Electoral de la Región de Murcia (Ley 2/1987 art. 31) after the general scrutiny under the LOREG: it starts at 10:00 on the fifth day after the vote (arts. 103.1, 104.2: Fri 28 May 2027) and must end by the eighth day (art. 107.2: Mon 31 May); then one day for claims, one for the board's decision, a possible appeal to the Junta Electoral Central, and proclamation the next day (art. 108.2-4). 2023 precedent: vote 28 May; the definitive results with the list of elected deputies were published by edict dated 12 Jun 2023 in BORM no. 135 of 14 Jun 2023 (JEC 2023 Murcia page), the day of the constitutive session (Decreto 24/2023 art. 3); the exact proclamation date was not found. The opening is the statutory start of the scrutiny (a floor). The window closes at the end of Mon 21 Jun 2027 CEST, the day before the latest date for the constitutive session (Statute art. 24.4 and Ley 2/1987 art. 17.2: within 30 days of the vote, i.e. by 22 Jun), which requires the proclamation first. A proclamation can be challenged in a contentious-electoral appeal (LOREG art. 112); the result does not wait for it, so there is no court-validation stage.
