Snap-election risk is low: Statute art. 21.2 bars dissolution 'cuando reste menos de un año para la terminación de la legislatura', and art. 21.3 limits an early chamber to the original term. The Junta Electoral Central's 'Elecciones en curso' page listed no election in progress on 30 Sep 2026. Polls: LOREG art. 84.1, 09:00-20:00 (supletory); 20:00 CEST = 18:00 UTC. 2023 precedent: the Community of Madrid published the count on resultados2023.comunidad.madrid on polling day, under an agreement with the Ministry of the Interior to exchange provisional results in real time (BOE-A-2023-9534).
