Final result as determined by the central electoral committee (centraal stembureau) of NL-NH in its public session in Haarlem, opened 23 Mar 2023 14:00 CET. Votes per list and seats are the committee's own figures; 55 seats, allocated by largest averages among all lists (re-computed by us, matches). Valid votes 1,186,512; blank 4,448; invalid 3,684; ballots 1,194,644; registered voters 2,102,298 (as stated in the proces-verbaal); turnout 56.83% (valid+blank+invalid / registered). Noord-Holland: the proces-verbaal (printed 23 Mar 2023 09:33) carries five hand corrections made at the session 'on the basis of the recount of the polling stations concerned' (GROENLINKS 135,205; VVD 151,454; D66 87,910; Partij voor de Dieren 86,857; SP 40,104, our reading of the handwriting); its printed totals (valid 1,186,511, blank 4,448, invalid 3,684) were not updated. Rows use the corrected list figures, and totalVotes is their sum (1,186,512). The Kiesraad dataset's central file for Noord-Holland was regenerated on 13 Apr 2023 and differs by one vote on two lists (BBB 161,877 vs 161,876; SP 40,103 vs 40,104) and in blank/invalid (4,447/3,685); seats are identical either way.
