Precedents: the 2017 second ballot closed at 22:00 on 7 Jul and the GEC began releasing preliminary results at once in a live broadcast (MONTSAME 7 Jul 2017, montsame.mn/en/read/130788); in the 2021 first voting 99.3% of stations had reported by 01:30 (MONTSAME montsame.mn/en/read/266563).
