Escrutinio de la segunda vuelta 2027 en Kirguistán

Held only if more than two candidates are on the ballot and none wins more than half of the votes of all voters who took part on 27 Jan (Constitutional Law art. 55(3)). The CEC then calls a runoff between the top two. The runoff must take place within 20 days of the CEC determining the round-1 result, and the CEC publishes its date within 3 days of that determination (art. 56(1)-(2)). The date shown is not a scheduled date: it is the latest the law allows if the CEC uses its full 20 days for round 1 (16 Feb + 20 days). The runoff winner is the candidate with the most votes (art. 56(4)).

    Constitutional Law art. 31(1): voting runs 08:00-20:00 local time (UTC+6, no DST), so polls close at 14:00 UTC. Art. 37-1(1): the CEC posts polling-station results on its website as soon as they arrive, as preliminary information without legal force. The window is tied to the tentative runoff date (the latest the law allows) and moves with the date the CEC sets. 2021 round-1 precedent: preliminary figures at 21:00 on polling night.
