At 23:42 IRST the Council's spokesman said voting was still going on (news 10242: 'رای‌گیری همچنان ادامه دارد'). pollsCloseUtc is midnight local (20:30 UTC), the extension end reported by the press; the Council's pages do not state the first-round closing hour.
