Polling hours are set by KPU decision (PKPU 25/2023 art. 5(5)); 2024 first-round precedent (Keputusan KPU 66/2024): 07:00-13:00 local time. Indonesia spans three zones without DST (WIT UTC+9, WITA UTC+8, WIB UTC+7), so the last polling stations close at 13:00 WIB = 06:00 UTC. Counting at each polling station ends on polling day, extendable without a break by at most 12 hours (PKPU 25/2023 art. 49), and the KPU posts polling-station tallies online as they are uploaded (2024: Sirekap). This window is an ESTIMATE: it opens at the close on the first day of the expected period (14 Jun 2029) and ends one day after its last day (12 Aug 2029). These are provisional polling-station tallies, not the KPU's result; private quick counts are not KPU figures.
