Polls close at 19:00 local (P.D. 26/2012 art. 50(1)). On 25 Jul 2027 Greece is on EEST (UTC+3), so that is 16:00 UTC; exit polls are embargoed until then (art. 49(2)). The Ministry of the Interior publishes polling-station tallies on ekloges.ypes.gr as they come in. Precedent: before the 25 Jun 2023 vote, the results contractor (Singular Logic) expected over 10% counted by 20:30 and 80-90% between 21:00 and 22:00 (ieidiseis.gr, 19 Jun 2023). Results with 99.6% counted were reported the next morning (mixanitouxronou.gr, 26 Jun 2023). No timestamped capture of the 2023 page could be read (the Wayback Machine was unreachable from this environment). The window closes at 09:00 EEST Monday. These are provisional tallies, not the official result. From the first 2027 national election, voters abroad may vote by post (Minister of the Interior on ERTnews, reported by libre.gr, 31 Aug 2026; the law was passed in March 2026 per Euronews, 4 Mar 2026). How and when those votes are added to the count has not been checked.

P.D. 26/2012 art. 98: the first-instance court of each constituency starts collating the results the day after the vote and sends its table to the Ministry. Art. 101(2): the Supreme Electoral Committee (chaired by the President of the Areios Pagos and seated at the Ministry of the Interior) draws up the general final table and allocates the seats. The elected MPs are then proclaimed (art. 103), in 2023 by the Areios Pagos A1 Civil Section. No statutory deadline for these steps was found. Precedent, from the court's own decisions: June 2023 (vote 25 Jun), decision 174/2023 proclaimed all MPs at a public sitting on Friday 30 Jun 2023 at 17:45, on the basis of Supreme Electoral Committee decision 2/2023 (areiospagos.gr/ekloges_2023_june/174_2023_merged_signed.pdf). May 2023 (vote 21 May), decision 89/2023 did the same on Friday 26 May 2023 at 18:15, based on decision 1/2023 (areiospagos.gr/ekloges_2023_may/anakirixi_89_2023_areios_pagos_final.pdf). Both came on day 5. For 2027, day 5 is Friday 30 Jul. The opening (09:00 EEST Monday 26 Jul, when collation starts under art. 98(1)) is a floor, not an expected time: nothing official can come before it. The window closes at the end of Friday 6 Aug 2027, EEST, one week past precedent: August falls in the courts' vacation, and postal votes from abroad would be new in 2027. The Ministry's live page is not overwritten with an 'official' mark; it keeps updating (June 2023: last update 12 Jul 2023), so no replacedBy is set. Challenges go to the Supreme Special Court (Constitution arts. 58 and 100), but that is not a confirmation step, so there is no court-validation stage. The new Parliament must convene within 30 days of the election (art. 53(1)); in 2023 the MPs were sworn in on Monday 3 Jul (GreekReporter, 3 Jul 2023).

Constitution art. 37(2): 'The leader of the party having the absolute majority of seats in Parliament shall be appointed Prime Minister.' Failing that, the President gives exploratory mandates to the leaders of the first, second and third parties in turn, each in force for three days (art. 37(3)); if all fail, a caretaker cabinet holds new elections. That happened after 21 May 2023, which led to the repeat election of 25 Jun 2023. In the elections that did produce a government, a cabinet followed within two days, before the formal proclamation of MPs (see precedentDays). The floor (09:00 EEST Monday 26 Jul) is an ESTIMATE. There is no statutory deadline, so no closing date is given.
