    estimate
Voting 08:00-17:00 local (Law 298 art. 89; the YSK may shift the hours with at least a week's notice); Turkey keeps UTC+3 all year, so 17:00 is 14:00 UTC. The window copies the 2023 first-round precedent, when the YSK chairman announced provisional results on the following afternoon (NTV, 15 May 2023); a two-candidate count is shorter, but no runoff-night precedent was read on the YSK's own site, so this is an ESTIMATE. The window closes at the end of Monday 22 May 2028 local. Provisional, not the YSK's final decision.

Objections to provincial tally sheets reach the YSK up to the third day after the sheet, 17:00 (Law 298 art. 130). Precedent: 2023 second round (28 May) - YSK decision 2023/1269 of Thu 1 Jun 2023, Resmî Gazete 32208 (Mükerrer), day 4; NTV (29 May 2023) reported in advance that the YSK would rule on objections and send the final result for publication on 1 Jun. The window closes at the end of day 14 (Sun 4 Jun 2028 local), well past precedent; the opening is an ESTIMATED floor. YSK decisions are final (Constitution art. 79): no court-validation stage.
