Turnout 63.7%: 3,011,751 ballots from 4,730,694 registered voters.

Definitive count of the TSJE, Acuerdo y Sentencia N° 15/2023, DIPUTADOS national table (p. 85). Deputies are elected by list PR in 18 departmental colleges, so the TSJE's national table has 49 lines, many of them department-specific alliances and concertaciones sharing list number 2. Listed here: the 19 lists that won seats and the 2 others above 1% of TOTAL DE VOTOS (FRENTE GUASU ÑEMONGETA, PARTIDO UNACE); the other 28 lines (each below 1%, together 200,864 votes) are left out. totalVotes 2,837,550 is the sum of all 49 lines (TOTAL DE VOTOS 3.011.751 minus VOTOS EN BLANCO 160.551 and VOTOS NULOS 13.650), computed by us; it matches the TSJE's total exactly.
