Turnout 76.5%: 1,108,583 ballots from 1,449,569 registered voters.

Final result as published by the ECN Chairperson under Electoral Act 2014 s.113(1): Government Notice No. 2 of 2025, signed Windhoek 19 Dec 2024, Government Gazette No. 8555 of 3 Jan 2025 (ECN's copy). Columns 1-6: total votes cast 1,108,583 (= ballots), total votes counted 1,092,685 (= totalVotes), quota 11,382, votes and seats per party for all 21 parties (13 won seats). The rows add up to exactly 1,092,685 votes and 96 seats (the 96 elected members; the up to 8 members appointed by the President under Constitution art. 46(1)(b) are not part of this count). The same votes and seats are in the NPA report's Table 19; 15,898 rejected votes (s.3.4.1.9.2). Most votes and seats: SWAPO Party of Namibia, 583,300 votes, 51 seats. Party names as the gazette prints them ('Independent Patriots of Change' in GN 2; 'for Change' in GN 1). Turnout 76.5% (1,108,583 / 1,449,569). electorate 1,449,569 is the final voters' register, ECN 2024 NPA Election Report s.2.9.2 'Final Voters' Register' (p. 62: 'the FVR was produced with 1 449,569 registered voters representing 90% of the eligible voters'; the register table on p. 67 totals 1,449,569), the same figure as the 'SUB-TOTAL' registered voters in its Tables 18 and 20.
