Landtages des Saarlandes of 16 Mar 2026 (Amtsblatt des Saarlandes Teil I of 26 Mar 2026, p. 201, No. 59), signed by the Minister of the Interior: the state government "hat als Tag der Wahl ... den 18. April 2027 bestimmt". Voting ends at 18:00, when the count begins (State Returning Officer's FAQ); 18:00 CEST = 16:00 UTC.
