Turnout 60.2%: 2,111,834 ballots from 3,508,294 registered voters.
Votes and seats per list exactly as in section 5 of the CEC final summary protocol of 16 Nov 2024; list names in Georgian as the protocol writes them, with the typographic quotation marks („ ”) removed. All 18 lists are given. Registered voters 3,508,294 (item 1), voters who took part 2,111,834 (item 2, used as ballots), invalid ballots 34,974 (item 3). The protocol states no total of valid votes, so totalVotes is left out: the 18 list rows add up to 2,076,779, which is 81 fewer than voters taking part minus invalid ballots (2,076,860); every printed percentage matches either base to two decimals. Item 4: the result of precinct 69 in district 22 (Marneuli), 1,643 voters, was annulled for breach of electoral law and no repeat vote was held. 150 seats among the five lists above the 5% threshold (Election Code Art. 125(4)-(5)): 89 + 19 + 16 + 14 + 12 = 150. Ballot numbers and English names (ours, for reference): 41 Georgian Dream; 4 Coalition for Change (Gvaramia, Melia, Girchi, Droa); 5 Unity - National Movement; 9 Strong Georgia - Lelo, For the People, For Freedom!; 25 Gakharia for Georgia; 36 Girchi; 8 Alliance of Patriots of Georgia; 10 Georgian Labour Party; 16 Change Georgia; 6 European Democrats; 27 Georgian Unity; 20 Free Georgia; 3 Party of Georgian Unity and Development; 17 Sakartvelo (Georgia); 23 Chven (We); 21 Tribune; 12 Our United Georgia; 26 Left Alliance.
