The PRM y aliados ticket (Luis Rodolfo Abinader Corona / Raquel Peña Rodríguez, per Resolución 41-2024) had 2,507,297 votes, 57.44% of valid votes, an absolute majority (Constitution art. 209.1), so the election was decided in round 1. Alliance rows are the JCE's alliance totals; it also shows each member party's votes (e.g. within PRM y aliados: PRM 2,113,100; within FP y aliados: FP 1,164,122, BIS 60,146, PQDC 22,187, PSC 6,581, PDI 6,391), not repeated here. Seat allocation for the 20 Dominican deputies to the Central American Parliament, from the first page ('DIPUTADOS PARLACEN') of the JCE's 'Resultados Escaños Congresual' file. PARLACEN deputies are elected by D'Hondt in closed lists from the votes of the senatorial level (Ley 20-23 art. 96 párrafo, quoted in Resolución 41-2024); the JCE's table gives 'Total Votos' for these 12 agrupaciones, names as written there (alliances as 'Y ALIADOS', other parties by acronym), and seats PRM y aliados 12, FP y aliados 4, PLD y aliados 4 (20). We re-checked the allocation: the 20th highest quotient is PRM y aliados' 12th (185,264), above FP's 5th (174,048) and PLD's 5th (168,402), matching Resolución 42-2024.
