The DVK timetable schedules this 'med 22. 10. in 30. 10. 2026'. The window closes at the end of Tue 3 Nov 2026, CET, four days after that range, to allow for publication in the Uradni list. Precedent: for the 23 Nov 2025 referendum DVK adopted the act at its 19th session on 8 Dec 2025, day 15 (dvk-rs.si ZPPKŽ page). Effect: ZRLI art. 23: the law is rejected if a majority of valid votes is against it AND at least one fifth of all registered voters vote against (Constitution art. 90); the Ministry determines the number of registered voters on the 8th day after polling day.
