Final result as determined by the central electoral committee (centraal stembureau) of NL-GE in its public session in Arnhem, opened 23 Mar 2023 10:00 CET. Votes per list and seats are the committee's own figures; 55 seats, allocated by largest averages among all lists (re-computed by us, matches). Valid votes 1,036,640; blank 3,192; invalid 2,120; ballots 1,041,952; registered voters 1,618,965 (as stated in the proces-verbaal); turnout 64.36% (valid+blank+invalid / registered). Figures from the central committee's EML files in the Kiesraad dataset; the timestamp in the proces-verbaal footer matches the EML result file, so the report was printed from these figures. The registered-voter figure (1,618,965, proces-verbaal and EML) is lower than the sum of the municipal count files (1,655,510; verkiezingsuitslagen.nl shows 1,655,410 and turnout 62.94%); the gap is in the Nijmegen electoral district (407,955 in the committee's file vs 444,500 summed from its municipalities).
