The law sets no deadline for this step. No second-round precedent was checked. The window opens on 5 June local, one day before the calendar, and closes at the end of 10 June local. Provisional, not the final result.

    The Constitutional Court proclaims the final result no later than the 9th calendar day after the CENI transmits it (Code électoral arts. 76–77), after a 3-day petition window (art. 85) and up to 8 days of review (art. 87). CENI calendar 2027: transmission 8 June, petitions 8–10 June, review 8–15 June, final results 16 June 2027. The window opens on 11 June local, after the petition period, and closes at the end of 20 June local, four days after the calendar date. The backstop is the oath, which the CENI fixes for 18 June 2027 to keep to the constitutional term (CENI news, 8 May 2026; Code électoral art. 93).
