When will the final result of the President of the Republic race be official?

Expected between 2029-05-07T06:00:00Z and 2029-05-15T20:59:59Z (UTC), confidence announced. Code art. 179(3): the VRK's decision on the final results is published in the Register of Legal Acts within 7 days of election day, i.e. by Sunday 13 May 2029. A candidate wins in round 1 with more than half the votes cast on a turnout of at least half the voters, or, on a lower turnout, with the most votes but at least 1/3 of all voters (Constitution art. 81, Code art. 167(3)). If nobody does, this decision instead fixes the round-1 results and the runoff date (art. 167(3)(3)). The window closes at the end of Tuesday 15 May 2029, EEST, two days past the statutory day; the opening is an ESTIMATED floor. The 2024 round-1 approval date was not found. DATE WORKING: the incumbent took office on 12 Jul 2024 (lrs.lt, inauguration at the Seimas on 12 Jul 2024) for five years (Constitution art. 78), so the term expires on 12 Jul 2029. Constitution art. 80 and Code art. 12(2): the regular election is held on the last Sunday two months before the term expires. Two months before is Saturday 12 May 2029, so the last Sunday on or before it is 6 May 2029. CAUTION: the reading is not settled. 2019 and 2024 fell exactly on 12 May (a Sunday), and 2014 on Sunday 11 May (12 May was a Monday), which match this reading; but 2009 was held on 17 May (12 May was a Tuesday), and English Wikipedia gives 13 May 2029. The Seimas fixes the date by resolution no later than 6 months before the term ends, i.e. by January 2029 (2024's date was set on 9 Nov 2023, LRT). 2009, 2014 and 2019 dates are from memory, not checked. POLLS: 07:00-20:00 local (Code art. 139(2)); May is on EEST (UTC+3), so the close is 17:00 UTC. The VRK publishes preliminary results through the night.
