Expected between 2030-01-29T08:00:00Z and 2030-01-31T21:59:59Z (UTC), confidence announced. Vaalilaki 714/1998 §137: each district committee confirms the first-round votes 'vaalipäivän jälkeen 2. päivänä ... kello 10 aloitettavassa kokouksessaan' (Tue 29 Jan 2030, 10:00 EET = 08:00 UTC, the window's opening), after the checking count that starts on the Monday (§87); §138: the Helsinki district committee then 'viipymättä' confirms the nationwide totals.
