PARLACEN deputies are elected by D'Hondt in closed lists from the votes of the senatorial level (Ley 20-23 art. 96 párrafo, quoted in Resolución 41-2024); the JCE's table gives 'Total Votos' for these 12 agrupaciones, names as written there (alliances as 'Y ALIADOS', other parties by acronym), and seats PRM y aliados 12, FP y aliados 4, PLD y aliados 4 (20). We re-checked the allocation: the 20th highest quotient is PRM y aliados' 12th (185,264), above FP's 5th (174,048) and PLD's 5th (168,402), matching Resolución 42-2024. The JCE's table states no total of votes, blank/null votes or electorate for this level, so totalVotes is left out; the 12 rows add up to 4,120,028.
